NEET SS Pathology 2025 consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 2.5 hours. Each correct answer gives +4 marks, while each incorrect answer results in -1 mark (negative marking). There's no penalty for unattempted questions. The exam is computer-based (CBT) and covers MD/DNB Pathology curriculum including systemic pathology, oncopathology, hematopathology, and diagnostic techniques.
